DESIGN DOCUMENTS
A design document is a short overview of the course I create as the first step in developing a learning solution. It helps communicate the course content and general structure to stakeholders before we move on to the next stage in the design process.
This design document was developed to support an e-learning course created with Articulate Storyline. Its goal is to deliver an Emotional Intelligence training tailored for middle management, fostering enhanced employee job satisfaction and improving the retention of top talent.

STORYBOARDS
A storyboard is the second step I take in developing a learning solution, where I detail the structure, content, and audio for the e-learning course and microlearning content. This more detailed document provides all the specifics needed to guide course development and is revised and finalized with stakeholders before we move forward with the project.
This storyboard was created to offer a detailed and tailored representation of the storyline course. It outlines the visuals, layout, slide text, narration, and interactions that are integral to the learning strategy.
